How can I get a Refund?

Here at E-Juice Bar we aim to provide the best quality products to you. Please get in touch with us if you belive your product is faulty, operating incorrectly, or not living up to quality expectations.

We will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Retain your Receipt

To avoid scams, we require some form of proof-of-purchase before we'll consider a refund or replacement. Your E-Juice Bar receipt is the best way to proove the purchase, so make sure you hold onto them!

Tucking your receipt into the original product box is a great option - that way, you know exactly where it is if something goes wrong.

For Website Purchases

To process a refund for a website purchase, we will need the following info:

We may send a pre-paid courier return bag to you. You will need to place the original product into the return bag, then contact us so we can book a couirier pickup. Alternatively you can drop the parcel at a courier depot, or participating NZ Post dropoff point (including some banks, post shops, etc).

Please note that website customers may process returns in-store too. See the For In-Store Purchases section below if you would like to go this route.

For In-Store Purchases

Returns Policy

Warranty

We will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Warranty eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and will factor in the type of product, along with the Warranty extended by the manufacturer or distributor of the product.

As part of our due-dilligence process, we will also assess the state of the product. If the product is severely damaged or looks like it has been mistreated, we may deem the Warranty to be void.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we will not accept change-of-mind replacements/refunds unless the product is still sealed in its original packaging.

We strongly advise that you choose carefully before purchasing a product. If you do change your mind, make sure not to open packaging, break seals, etc. Remember to hold onto your receipt as proof of purchase.

Repair, Replace, or Refund

In many cases, it is possible to fix an issue by repairing a product. We will only attempt repairs that we are competent to undertake, and will cover any additional damages that may happen during the repair process (though we are careful, so this is extremely rare).

If a repair is not possible, we will offer you a replacement, refund, or mixture of both. It is up to you which option you would prefer. You may also choose a lower-value product as a replacement, along with a partial refund to make up the difference.

Shipping Charges

If you purchased online, we may need to courier a replacement product to you. We may also need to send a courier return bag so you can send the faulty product back to us. We will cover the cost for returning packages to our warehouse, but you will need to pay the courier charges for any items sent back to you.
