I've owned 3 smok devices and all of them were rather annoying and Temperamental. I'll admit one of them was ruined through my own errors with the type of charger used. The other two were leaky, spitty, and the battery wore out within months. I didn't hate this one but I would not buy it again honestly. The staff at the store were helpful though and would always help to troubleshoot and most recently replace my faulty device so props to them.
